We rented the Cabins for 2 days. Was a great basic place to stay. No bathrooms in the cabin. Just 2 bunk beds and one flat bed. The lake was beautiful. Was pretty secluded but we were there in early December.
A very clean and safe location to enjoy countless fun outdoor experiences, for all mankind!
My husband and I use the boat ramp there. The ramp is well maintained. Bathrooms are old but clean. There is a $15 charge to launch a boat but $45 for the entire year. Have not used any other facilities, but looked very popular over July 4 weekend.
Very nice but also very expensive. $15 for a day pass to launch a boat is ridiculous. Campsites are nice, private beach is as well. No pets allowed...not sure why, it is a campground. Unfortunately for me there is no other public boat launch on Hyco so you're forced to pay.
Love it! A lot of improvements in the past few years. Been going since 1985.
